Full length windows bring abundant natural lighting into our convivial space overlooking the iconic Victoria Harbour. Decked in wood and white tones accentuated by lush greenery, The Green Room features a cozy terrace that leads to a rooftop garden, where we look after our homegrown seasonal produce. Our ethos extends beyond the dining experience – you will find only takeaway boxes made from recycled materials; we reuse our coffee grind in our plants; and our drinks are served with biodegradable potato starch straws.
In the early evening, lights dim and the music slows as our bar takes the stage. Our beverage program, by awarding-winning mixologist John Nugent, features a comprehensive selection of creative cocktails and reasonably priced wines, including natural and biodynamic wines.
